Ray’s fifteen years of experience as a Cost Estimator and Project Manager with the Department of Navy gives him unique insight/edge into the inner workings of the Government sector from program/project development to execution. Ray has managed acquisition and installation of doors to new building construction.
In addition, Eric’s background, specializing in heavy construction, spans three decades. He has managed and/or contracted to complete complex multi-million-dollar projects including road construction, site development, building and structural demolition, concrete crushing, recycling, clearing and land development services. This skill set (and experience) mix gives us a competitive edge to “see” the problem areas that most competitors tend to overlook, either from overconfidence or lack of experience.
