Building 15 East Office Repairs – Phase 1

Bracks Construction led the Conceptual Design team along with aid of an A&E Contractor, and continued after the award as the lead Project Manager along with the USACE COR to assist the Design Build Contractor to execute the construction phase.

The Contractor provided the necessary labor, material, equipment, and supervision to provide design and construction services to execute repairs to Rooms 121, 121A, 122A, 122 128 and the adjoining hallway. Those repairs included but were not limited to, mechanical, electrical, telecommunication, architectural, fire suppression/alarm system and plumbing. All architectural surfaces were to be compliant with the attached IFS (Interior Finish Standard) for Carderock Naval Warfare Center. Instructional drawings, furniture layout and partial as-built drawings were made available.
